1. No issue with the item:
Customers can return the item in 7 days after sign the package, customer are responsible for the return shipping cost+10% restock fee.

We will send the customer replacement part first, it may take some days(14-90 days) depends on the factory response speed.

If we can’t get the pieces, we will send the customer a partial refund via points.

You will receive an email with the tracking of the replacement parts.

You can also contact us via the website for detail, but no tracking means not ready yet.

Customers need to pay the return shipping cost if they do not accept replacement parts or partial refund and insist on returning the item. Our return shipping address is in China.
