△I’ve had this set for a few days now but hadn’t gotten around to building it. Just in time before Christmas, I wanted to share it with everyone! It’s truly beautiful!

△In terms of packaging, it continues Pinbo’s usual standards, including an internal display box designed like a shipping container. However, since this is a Christmas limited edition set, it includes some cards and other paper items, making it feel quite special. I couldn’t find the exact piece count, but it’s around 300+, making it very beginner-friendly to assemble.

△The first part of the build was Santa Claus. The set includes two Santa figures: one standing and one climbing down a chimney. Both are very cute. You can attach them to the outside of the display box, and they look great together!

△Pinbo has always excelled at designing vehicle builds. From their early concepts to now, most of their sets revolve around vehicles, and the designs are often quite outstanding. This Christmas truck shares similarities with the classic red pickup design. It has a vintage look and a very charming style, especially with details like the silver grille on the front. The set also includes a standalone Christmas tree that fits perfectly in the truck bed. The truck’s structural design is quite clever, but compared to the precision of international brands, it has a more MOC (My Own Creation) feel in some of its fixed points. That said, the final model is still very appealing. The only downside I noticed was that some parts have slightly tight tolerances, which might make it a bit uncomfortable for kids to assemble. Additionally, there’s a slight color difference in some of the red pieces, which I hope can be improved in the future.

△The Christmas tree build is relatively traditional and proportionate to the truck.

△The finished product looks very charming, especially with the addition of the red shipping container. If you have some lighting components, it would look even better decorated. The set includes a wrist strap, with a clasp that fits snugly into the brick studs. Instead of attaching it to the packaging box as suggested, I placed it on the container, which gave it a more playful look. The placement of the Santa figures is up to the player’s preference. The container display box has studs on its four corners, making it easy to attach Santa in a creative way for an excellent display effect.

△With Christmas just around the corner, many brands are releasing seasonal sets, and this one is quite delightful. The Christmas truck is perfectly proportioned and looks fantastic displayed on a desk. As we move past Christmas to New Year’s and then Lunar New Year, I’m sure we’ll see plenty more fun building sets. Which ones are your favorites?
