△Liziba Station (Station Code 207) is located at No. 39 Liziba Zheng Street, Yuzhong District, Chongqing. It is the first monorail elevated station in China built within a residential-commercial building. The station is managed and operated by Chongqing Rail Transit (Group) Co., Ltd., and is part of Line 2 of the Chongqing Rail Transit system. Construction began in 2000, the station was completed in March 2004, sightseeing operations began on December 11, 2004, and trial operations officially started on June 18, 2005. In 1998, the Chongqing municipal government announced the construction of a rail transit line connecting the city center to Xinshan Village. The plan included a station at Liziba. Simultaneously, plans were finalized to build a residential building at the same location. The challenge of whether to prioritize the building or the station posed a dilemma for both the transit company and the building developer. After multiple discussions, they decided to construct the building and the station together. In May of the same year, the design team, commissioned by the developer, drafted plans. The final design underwent at least six major revisions before approval.

△This set is suitable for adding lights. I customized a simple lighting system myself. Liziba Station is a famous internet-famous location, combining the mountain terrain, architecture, train, and murals. The set leverages its theme as a selling point, roughly capturing the station’s distinctive features. The base is stable, making it easy to move. However, the traditional design, overly tight brick connections, and lack of a built-in lighting system are notable drawbacks.
